    Since discovering his passion for email back in 2002, Billy has gone on to become certified as an ExactTarget Solutions Consultant and ExactTarget Support. He leads the agency’s eCRM team in their work across a range of platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, IBM Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, CharityEngine, Silverpop, Maropost and Bronto. His department’s broad range of skills and solutions empower clients to move from strategy to creation to execution. When not painting a crystal clear picture of customer sentiment, she is out attempting to discover salient aspects of soccer, social interactions and human development from an ethnographic perspective.
